Q: Where is my data stored?
All your health records (PDFs, scans, photos) are stored on your own phone — not our servers. We never see your reports. Premium adds optional cloud backup using your own Google Drive.
Q: Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no auto-renewal. You buy a plan once for the year. Your data stays even if you don't renew.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking — via Razorpay (secure & PCI-DSS certified).
Q: Can my parents in village use this?
Yes. The app works in 13 Indian languages with voice input/output. Even if they can't read, they can speak their question and listen to the answer in their own language.
Q: Is the AI a doctor?
No. GetCheckupX is a Health & Fitness app — not a medical device. AI provides educational health information only. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Q: What if I exceed my plan limit?
You can delete old documents to free space, or upgrade to a higher plan. We'll notify you before you hit the limit.
